1. A documented race result (2M-Marathon) from the last two years upon sign up for training

2. Completion and log of a minimum of 80% of assigned training for at least 12 weeks (15 weeks if Marathon training)

3. Completion of the San Francisco Marathon, Half-Marathon or 5K in 2012
